The ideal conditions for the site pad should consider the following:
- The site surface should be high-quality permeable, or impermeable hardscape.
- Slope is maximum 2°.
- If the slope is greater than 2°, possible site leveling measures should be discussed.
- The ideal site will have unobstructed solar access with southern orientation.
- The site should be free from substantial shade from 9am to 3pm.
